If you are reporting a problem with a game, it helps to include the game code and roughly when it happened.

Most questions are answered in the user guide, which covers joining games, audio and voices, creating quizzes, game controls and settings.
Already signed in?
There is a chat assistant inside the dashboard that can answer questions about your own quizzes and account, and raise a support ticket if it cannot.
What to include if something went wrong
Most quiz problems happen once, in a busy room, and are gone by the time anyone can look at them. The more of this you can tell us, the better the chance of finding what actually happened rather than guessing:
- The game code and roughly what time the game ran. This is the single most useful thing — it is how a session is found.
- Whether you were hosting or playing. The two run on different screens, so “the answer did not register” means something different depending on which end you were at.
- What you were using — the phone app, a browser, a Fire TV stick, a laptop plugged into a screen. Problems that only affect one of those are common and easy to miss.
- What you expected instead. Sometimes the behaviour is intentional and badly explained, which is a documentation problem worth knowing about on its own.
- A photo of the screen, if there was something visibly wrong on the TV. Faster than describing it.

Your account and your data
Changing your password, closing your account and exporting what we hold are all handled from Settings inside the dashboard, so you do not need to email to do any of them. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and for how long.
